The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that generate high-quality leads and drive business growth goals. This role will monitor the performance and health of our marketing campaigns across various channels, tracking key metrics, and providing recommendations. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager should be equally proficient in collaborating with the marketing team and other business partners to optimize campaigns and adhere to budgeting requirements. This manager will need an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
Support regional campaigns and assist with company-wide marketing initiatives.
Develop and continuously evolve best practices for our customer journeys and refine campaigns using A/B testing and data insights.
Collaborate with the brand manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that follow brand guidelines.
Segment target audiences based on customers regionalized needs, trends, and competitors.
Partner with key business stakeholders, including operations, to ensure campaign success.
Track and analyze campaign performance through dashboards, qualifying and quantifying campaign results.
Stay current on industry tactics and emerging marketing technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing marketing campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinker and problem-solver.
Preferred experience in B2C marketing.
Experience managing a marketing budget.
Ability to lead, manage, and organize projects effectively and efficiently.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
