Service Coordinator

Superior Plus Propane is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator. As the Service Coordinator, you will provide direct supervision of service technicians and installation crews to ensure the highest quality of professional and technical service to our customers. Safety Focused: We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the organization.   What you’ll do: •Coordinate fleet activities including repair, maintenance, communication and reporting. •Coordination of legal compliance reporting for respective staff. •Assist customers daily, including responding to inquiries and concerns, and selling and providing customer training. •Provide Service assistance in scheduling of service requests and customer communication, while assisting in day-to-day operations as needed. •Assist in ordering and tracking of equipment and service parts. •Provide accurate accounting of service inventory, while ensuring appropriate inventory levels are met for business demand. •Track and document bulk tank, tanks and bobtail/tankwagon inventory. •Attend to all required documentation, including certifications, State and Federal forms, maintenance reports, •Provide assistance and back-up for service scheduling and dispatch. •Provide coordination of yard maintenance and ordering of supplies and equipment. •Other responsibilities as requested. What you bring: High school diploma: Associates degree preferred Prior Propane Service Supervisory experience preferred Ability to take after-hours calls directing on-call staff toward their working responsibilities.
