Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry Specialist/CSR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately entering data into our systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
* Data Entry:
* Accurately enter customer information into our CRM and other relevant systems.
* Maintain data integrity and accuracy.
* Identify and resolve data entry errors.
* Administrative Support:
* Maintain organized records and files.
* Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
