Superior Recruiting Agency is currently seeking experienced Fleet Mechanics in the Logan Township, NJ area. This is a DIRECT HIRE position offering a great competitive starting salary, great health benefits being offered, and an excellent work environment. Mechanics will be responsible for ensuring all fleet vehicles are operational and will perform various preventative maintenance work orders on diesel engine box trucks, flat beds, and other vehicles. Candidates with an electrical diagnostic background, refrigeration experience, or ASE Certifications are preferred.
Job Duties :
- Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles consisting of diesel engine systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on fleet vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with brakes, transmissions, engines, and other vehicle systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet all DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
