Superior Senior Care is seeking a motivated and hard-working individual for an immediate Sales and Marketing position in the Brinkley area. Must have at least two years of supervisory, administrative and management experience. Applicant should have strong organization and people skills and have the determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
This position requires a proficiency on all equipment and software systems, strong knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations governing services paid for with public funds, and the highest ethical standards to assure not only compliance, but excellence as the standard operating protocol for the office.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements; however, some college is strongly preferred.
- A proven track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Must have the ability to coach employees as it relates to policy requirements and compliance
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of Superior Senior Care
Pay is structured on a base salary, plus commissions. More information will be given to qualified applicants.
