We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks. You will lead a crew in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that all groundskeeping activities are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment while delivering quality results.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train crew members in lawn care techniques, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and tree care.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and used safely by crew members.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in building new landscapes or enhancing existing gardens as per client specifications.
- Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines during operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, including landscaping, hardscaping, fertilization, pest identification, and irrigation systems.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment, along with safe operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Must have a valid drivers license

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
