Duties
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain various types of spray equipment and machinery.
- Perform routine inspections of treated areas to monitor effectiveness and identify any issues.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or pest control is preferred.
- Familiarity with the operation of weed control and fertilization tools.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn about sales techniques related to services offered.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
