Seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier Construction & Engineering company in Merritt Island, FL

Salary is between $130,000 - $160,000 per year (based on experience) Plus monthly vehicle allowance
Responsibilities forCSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent :
- Managing/coordinating and oversight of subcontractor Civil, Structural and Architecturalinstallations for a large aerospace manufacturing facility.
- Responsibilities include daily oversight and Quality Control (QA/QC) of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination, safety, and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs.
- Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation start-up & commissioning.
Qualifications for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Superintendent:
- 10 years of experience as a CSA Superintendent on commercial oraerospace or manufacturing facilities or industrial projects ($50 million - $100 million).
- Excellent knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural drawings/specifications for major installations.
- Experience in Grading, Site Utilities, Concrete Piling, Concrete Tilt-up Construction, Structural Steel Framed Buildings, Interior Clean Rooms, and Architectural Finishes highly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate subcontractor work as scheduled.
- Aerospace projects are preferred.
- Computer proficiencyis required and Procore Experience preferred.
