Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Electrical Lead for a commercial projects in Kingsman, Ga
- PAY: $30/hour
- HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week
- SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 7:00 am-3:30 pm
- START DATE: 3/17
- Duration: 6-8 months with work to follow
Electrical Lead Job Description:
We are looking for an electrical lead man capable of running a crew and assisting with bending and running conduit, pulling wire, and installing light fixtures. Must be able to wire panels, terminate and troubleshoot.
Qualifications for Electrical Lead:
- 3 years of electrical lead man experience in a commercial setting.
- Assist the Foreman in supervising and directing electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ensure proper installation of electrical systems per NEC codes
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain job site efficiency
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
- Uphold safety standards and company policies
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses.
- Must have standard electrical hand tools.
Additional Requirements for Electrical lead:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
