Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of renewable energy? We're partnering with a prominent solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company to find a talented Solar Project Managers, Assistant PMs and Senior PMs for projects across the SouthEastern United States.
Annual salary for PMs is between $130,000 - $160,000 for APMs up to $100k and Sr PMs up to $190k ANDoffers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, 401K, and bonus opportunities!
Candidates must be willing to travel
Responsibilities:
- Lead solar project execution, managing profit and loss, collaborating with trade contractors, and contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Financial tracking, including approving job expenditures, preparing monthly Owner Requisitions, and managing change orders.
- Champion project safety and quality, ensuring compliance with safety standards and implementing quality management plans.
- Coordinate design deliverables, permits, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
- Provide status reports on schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, safety, quality control, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with project team members, clients, consultants, and trade contractors.
- Develop and maintain schedules for staff and hourly workers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local governmental officials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in solar construction project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project, and project management/accounting software like Procore and Sage.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 75% of time
