💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control checks and oversee crew routing and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
- Maintain vehicle upkeep and ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines
- Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions, resolving issues professionally
- Mentor and train field employees and oversee sub-contractor crews
- 3 years of experience supervising crews in a construction or related field
- Knowledge of aerial and underground cable/fiber construction practices
- A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test and MVR check
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Be in the field 80% of the time, working in all weather conditions
- Available for occasional on-call duties and some weekends
- Resolve customer issues politely and professionally
