- PAY: $28/hr
- HOURS: 40-50 (6:00AM-4:30PM - MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OT!)

Job Description:
Experienced Rigger to support new construction efforts. The Rigger will be responsible for safely lifting, moving, and securing heavy materials, machinery, and structural components using cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of load calculations, rigging techniques, and safety procedures in an industrial or aerospace construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and inspect rigging equipment to ensure safe lifting and transport of materials.
- Secure loads using proper rigging techniques, including slings, shackles, and chains.
- Assist crane operators by directing lifts and ensuring proper load balance.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and lift plans to execute safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rigging equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous rigging experience in construction, industrial, or aerospace settings.
- Knowledge of rigging gear, load limits, and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
