Seeking a Traveling Superintendent with Commercial Experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client,a highly diverse, top-tier General Contractor serving California and Nevada.

Salary is between $70,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience) plus per diem/ travel accomodations.
In this role, you will supervise all field activities related to physical construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and in-house labor.
- Communicate daily progress with the Project Manager.
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Manage and update project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections for quality control.
- Resolve issues impacting safety, quality, and schedule.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Review and manage subcontractor scopes of work.
- Coordinate site logistics and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Trade School required; Construction Management Degree preferred.
- Experience in construction field roles (MEP, Carpentry, Field Engineer, Foreman, Assistant Superintendent).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with construction terms and contracts.
- OSHA 30 Hour Training.
- Experience with ground-up and public right-of-way projects.
- Ability to read construction plans and grade stakes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with gas stations and Starbucks projects.
- Commercial GC experience.
