Superior Smiles prides itself on providing top-quality dental care for the entire family. Our team includes 3 general dentists, 1 pediatric dentist, and 8 dental hygienists. Together, we have many years of experience and are ready to welcome another dentist into our family.
WHAT WE OFFER.
Guaranteed Base Pay : $170,000 guaranteed PLUS production bonuses make for your potential income of $250,000 within your first year.
Sign-On Bonus up to $75,000.
Paid Vacation : 4 weeks per year.

Continuing Education Reimbursement.
Negotiable Hours. Work anytime between 7 : 30am – 5pm. No nights or weekends.
Finders Fee. Know a fellow dentist or hygienist that would be interested? Refer them to us and if they accept a position, you receive a finder’s fee for your referral ($10,000 for dentist; $5,000 for hygienist).
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Provide routine, preventative examinations and screenings.
Perform routine extractions, fillings, crowns and bridges.
Perform denture fabrications, relines, and repairs.
Provide emergency services.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide preventative and restorative dental services.
Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
We're looking for someone whose professional demeanor fosters trust, competence, and compassion among team members and patients alike. You will have a dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school and an unrestricted Michigan dental license (or the ability to obtain one before you start).
