Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services, including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising implementation. The position requires billing 25 hours per week of direct client services, with an additional 10 hours per week allocated for programming and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff in the implementation of BIPs.
