Granite Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this job, your duties are to load material into your company provided vehicle, drive to the work site, remove the existing countertop or kitchen accents if necessary, and then install the new granite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a high attention to detail and takes pride in installing products while minimizing product defects in order to meet the level of customer installation satisfaction.
• Serve as the face of the company by providing superior customer service by satisfying all of the customers installation needs.
• Experience handling and installing granite, quartz, and marble tops preferred but not required.
• Experience in cutting stone, polishing/edging stone, and creating unnoticeable seams preferred but not required.
• Understands drawings, designing and creating lay outs/dimensions, creating shop drawings for fabrication, and use of substrates.
• Background in cabinetry or millwork is a plus.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and have experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work overtime occasionally/as needed to meet customer deadlines.
• Must be able to work as a team member in a group environment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials on a daily basis.

Experience is highly preferred but we are willing to train the ideal candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
