Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to provide information and support regarding our services.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our office systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding in all conversations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
