Job Title: Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our Gulf Coast Division. This role will provide essential assistance to the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and continued growth in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research pending projects and gather key contact information.
- Enter and update contact details in Salesforce CRM.
- Review project details to assess relevancy and potential opportunities.
- Communicate with customers to provide basic product information and follow up on submitted proposals.
- Assemble marketing materials for client outreach and events.
- Assist in managing trade shows and industry events.
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, qualifying leads and gathering project details.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM, creating opportunities, assigning contacts, and tracking sales pipeline activity.
- Actively search for and track projects through bid sites and plan rooms.
- Work closely with the Project Estimator to prioritize and manage quotes, ensuring proper documentation in the Quote Log.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and prequalification packages for potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings.
- Continuously improve sales skills and explore new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to write professional emails and correspondence.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging in client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Research-savvy with the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Professional office setting with standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.).
- Primarily a sedentary role, but may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, or reaching.
- Regular communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Position Details & Benefits:
Full-time, non-exempt position (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Comprehensive benefits package, including:
