Position: Intern
Location: Warren, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency.
- Work closely with teams in operations, engineering, administration, marketing, and sales to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Participate in Kaizen events and lean workshops to drive positive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across teams.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in field such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
