*Overview*

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with potential clients. You will utilize your sales expertise to promote our products and services, build relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

*Duties*

- Engage with potential customers through various channels including outside sales, telemarketing, and retail environments.

- Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.

- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

*Skills*

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.

- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.

- Retail sales experience is a plus.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
