Southview Acres Healthcare Center is seeking a motivated charge nurse to become a part of our team! An ideal candidate will provide assistance and care for patients, supervise the nursing staff, as well as offer guidance and support when needed.
This position is Full-Time. Hours are from 3 pm-11:30 pm.
Charge Nurse Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising clinical staff and monitoring their needs to provide quality care to residents.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating daily administrative duties.
- Recording and maintaining accurate reports.
- Ability to identify issues or emergencies, and respond in a calm and efficient manner
Job Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Licensed by the state of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse
- Long-Term care experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
