Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a qualified RN to join the team as a Building Charge Nurse for the PM shifts.
Charge Nurse responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Supervising CNAs and LPNs
- Medication Administration
- Wound and treatment care.
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
