SUPERIORMED FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting. You will also work closely with the providers to help achieve clinic efficiency, clinical outcomes, and assigned business metrics.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors, providing them with assistance as needed.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using office management software.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support to other staff members as needed,
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
