Job Summary
As a leader in cutting-edge data center technologies, our Data Center Solution Group is at the forefront of driving growth in critical markets such as High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI supercomputing, and advanced data center solutions. To meet the rapidly growing demand, we are expanding our team with a Data Center Solution Manager who will lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation data center solutions. This role will focus on driving B200/GB200/MI325X and future B300, MI355X projects growth, collaborating with industry-leading partners like Nvidia, AMD…, etc., to co-develop future-ready solutions.

$89,000 - $150,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Support the Sr. Managers by leading efforts to secure data center projects and drive revenue growth
- Led the design, deployment, and delivery of HPC and AI supercomputing projects, ensuring alignment with performance, quality, and timeline expectations
- Conduct market research and technology assessments to guide solution development strategies
- Develop and integrate innovative solutions by collaborating with design, testing, and engineering teams
- Engage in pre-sales activities, working closely with customers to provide creative solutions that meet their specific needs
- Managed data center projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strengthen revenue streams by collaborating with channel and technology partners, including but not limited to Nvidia, AMD, Schneider…, etc., and other ecosystem players
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote new solutions and drive business development
- Provide technical training to internal teams, partners, resellers, and customers to ensure alignment with solution offerings
- Assist the manager with daily assignments and contribute to strategic initiatives within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8 years of experience in data center solutions, HPC, AI infrastructure, or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technologies, including Cloud, HPC, and AI/ML environments
- Strong technical expertise in networks, network topology design, and optimization
- Understanding liquid cooling systems and advanced thermal management solutions for high-density environments is a plus
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying GPU clusters is a plus
- Solid understanding of network architecture, with experience designing complex network topologies for scalability and performance
- Solid understanding of data center power and cooling systems
- Proven experience in building large-scale data center infrastructure from design to deployment
- Strong ability to bridge technical and business requirements, translating engineering innovations into business value
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of leading complex projects under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project engagements
