You will develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture model aligning with the enterprise goals, collaborate with other business & IT teams as a transformation partner. You will drive the value realization and the solution adoption and lead activities such as:
* Guide business through the company's transformation journey with Enterprise archetypes and scaling digitally.
* Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems
* Communicates process architecture and IT standards to all stakeholders and ensure standards are published, updated, and adhered to
* Asses the impacts, trade-offs, risks, costs, benefits, and opportunities of IT solutions
* Liaise with Technology Infrastructure and Operations as part of architecture and standards approval process
* Develop and validates systems process blueprint and design for quality, performance, security, user experience, maintenance, operations, redundancy, compliance, process flows, life cycling, dependencies, and integration
* Perform complex systems process design work that may include logic design, process model creation, development of cost projections, and business process analysis and design tasks
* Serve as subject-matter expert who can easily liaise between IT and other departments
* Provide enterprise architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure we benefits from SAP's cloud qualities.
* Enhance impact on company business goals by driving value realization through solution adoption and consumption of capabilities
* Bundle customer expectations and align business goals in a tangible enterprise level success plan to monitor and validate KPIs & value drivers to enable value-driven business transformation with value framework
* Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments for mission-critical processes.
What You Bring:
Transformation, Architectural & Solution Skills:
* Experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects and aligning priorities with target architecture and roadmap.
* In-depth knowledge of the SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework.
* Experience with Business Technology Platform components (application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, AI) and practical experience with S/4HANA applications.
* Strong understanding of Cloud & Clean Core Strategy, familiarity with SAP LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
* Strong knowledge of end-end business process, including identifying use cases and piloting AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes.
* Expertise in identifying uses cases to improve business process efficiencies with automation.
* Experience working with internal audit team to drive, support and provide relevant supporting documentation.
* Take a step back if required and re-define the concepts so that a constant improvement is guaranteed (agility in solution design).
* 10 years' experience in enhancing business processes.
* Experience in supporting the complex digital transformation journey in delivery roles such as IT architect, functional consultant, application expert, process expert, etc.
* Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.
* Proficiency in Clean Core principles.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in English) at the senior management and C-levels, both within an IT team and across business functions.
* Mindset for Strategic Thinking, Continuous Learning, and Business Acumen.
* Candidate must be local to Bay Area and willing to work Onsite per Company Schedule

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
