We’re seeking a qualified inside sales representative to talk to our current and potential customers. As the first line of communication with prospects and existing customers, ideal sales candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, creating new relationships, and setting our team up for success.
This position features an hourly base rate plus straight percentage of sales.
Objectives of this Role
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Represent our company’s products, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our products meet needs
- Contact existing customers to identify potential upselling opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with them for the next steps
- Identify best practices to increase lead generation
Responsibilities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products
- Build trusting relationships with prospects and existing customers to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls with (prospective) customers
- Keep an open communication with our warehouses to ensure on time delivery
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience with computer software
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Persistent, enthusiastic demeanor that demonstrates a willingness to engage with prospects
- Driven to learn new skills and build a career in sales
- Competitive, but team-oriented
- BS degree highly preferred

Pay: $41,600.00 - $70,000.00 per year
