Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound & inbound calls to promote products and services.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Handle inbound phone calls and help customers with placing their wholesale orders.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to assist customers efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in our computerized system for future reference.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Experience in cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude toward learning about new products and services is essential.
