We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team at Natural Pack Inc. This role is essential for overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. The Warehouse Lead will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to quality service as we distribute our popular products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee the accurate tracking of stock.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet delivery schedules.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely as required by the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
