Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Live Creator incubation & Host Trainer  to design, develop, and manage a comprehensive program aimed at mentoring and elevating TikTok live stream hosts and creators within the  Beauty  and  Electronics  categories. This role combines the responsibilities of creating a structured live creator incubation program, offering one-on-one mentorship, conducting group training sessions, and providing performance feedback to enhance engagement, drive sales, and foster growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in live-streaming, social commerce, and performance optimization, with a focus on data-driven insights to support creators and hosts in achieving high conversion rates and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Development & Strategy

  • Build & Scale the Live Creator Incubation Program :  Design and implement a comprehensive incubation program for new and existing TikTok hosts and creators, including curriculum development, resource creation, and performance tracking systems.
  • Mentorship and Group Engagement :  Develop a mix of group mentorship sessions, individual coaching, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for creators to share strategies, challenges, and successes.
  • Data-Driven Program Management :  Use data insights (GMV, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to guide the evolution of the program and fine-tune strategies to maximize creator success and overall live-stream sales performance.
  • Set Program Goals & Objectives :  Align program goals with business KPIs, focusing on increasing engagement, GMV, and conversion rates across all creator levels.
  • Develop Educational Resources :  Build a library of resources to help creators improve their live-streaming skills, including content strategy, engagement techniques, and product promotion.

Host Training & Performance Evaluation

  • Create Comprehensive Host Training Programs :  Develop and execute strategic training modules for hosts in Beauty and Electronics, focusing on live-stream techniques, sales strategies, audience engagement, and product knowledge.
  • Auditioning & Onboarding :  Conduct auditions for new hosts, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback. Develop an onboarding process to help hosts get up to speed on TikTok’s live-stream tools and best practices.
  • Weekly Coaching & Mentorship :  Conduct regular coaching sessions (one-on-one and group) to provide personalized feedback and actionable strategies to improve performance. Ensure hosts are well-versed in TikTok’s live features (product tagging, flash sales, live polls, etc.) and can use them effectively to engage audiences and boost sales.
  • Performance Metrics & Data Reporting

  • Track and Analyze Host Performance :  Develop systems to measure key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, audience engagement, and growth. Share regular performance insights with creators and provide actionable advice for improvement.
  • Evaluate and Optimize Program Impact :  Continuously assess the program’s effectiveness by tracking creator progress and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Create performance tier systems to recognize and reward top-performing hosts and creators.
  • Regular Reporting :  Provide detailed performance reports to leadership, highlighting trends, success stories, and areas for growth within the creator ecosystem.
  • Content Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally :  Work with brand, studio, and Tiktok teams to ensure that creators are aligned with business objectives, brand messaging, and campaign goals.
  • Creator & Brand Partnerships :  Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaborations with external influencers and other TikTok creators to expand the reach of the program and drive brand visibility.
  • Product Knowledge & Storytelling :  Stay up-to-date with product trends in Beauty and Electronics and equip creators with the latest product knowledge, tips for effective product storytelling, and strategies for converting audience interest into sales.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience :  1 years in live-streaming, social commerce, or e-commerce, with hands-on experience in managing or building performance-driven programs for creators.
  • Expertise in Data Analysis :  Proficient in analyzing live-streaming metrics (GMV, engagement rates, conversion rates) and using insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  • Strong Communication Skills :  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey feedback and performance insights to creators.
  • Leadership & Mentorship :  Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring creators, and developing talent across various performance levels.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking :  Ability to think creatively to solve challenges and design innovative solutions for creator development.
  • Platform Knowledge :  In-depth understanding of TikTok live-streaming tools and features, including product tagging, countdowns, and interactive features.
  • Industry Knowledge :  Strong understanding of the Beauty and Electronics industries, including current trends, top products, and consumer preferences.
  • TikTok Creator Marketplace Knowledge :  Familiarity with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace and influencer tools for managing creator relationships and campaigns.
  • Compensation :

  • 75-85k annually
  • 3 month contract with potential to move to FTE
