  • Support continuous improvement efforts and provide on-the-floor guidance to maintain product consistency.

Maintenance Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Technicians and contractors to address unplanned downtime and execute preventive maintenance.
  • Communicate equipment performance issues proactively and support root cause analysis with maintenance staff.

Training & Development:

  • Onboard, train, and mentor new hires and cross-train existing employees across all production areas.
  • Deliver regular feedback and performance reviews to direct reports.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Track attendance, timekeeping, and performance of hourly staff.
  • Maintain shift reports, incident logs, and daily production metrics.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly KPI reviews and operational improvement planning.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, production software, or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods and lift 50 lbs as needed.

Preferred:

  • Technical background in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
