We are solving problems across many spaces including SaaS, ML, and Infrastructure.As the Co-Founder / Head of Product for a seed stage company, the role requires top-notch product management experience, technical acumen, strong strategic and operational business skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. As a Co-Founder / Head of Product, you will be in the trenches with the super{set} team and be responsible for driving : Product strategy : what to build first and whyProduct management / development : executing on our plan and interfacing with the engineering teamTeam-building and hiringGo to market activity, preparing for investor meetings and other miscellaneous itemsQualifications : Strong product management skills with excellent requirement and specification designStrong collaboration skillset (you will work closely with super{set}, founding engineers, and other stakeholders)Understanding and thought contribution to technical systems architecture internal and external to the applicationGood Software development life cycle experience across diverse teams across the organizationComfortability to have deep conversations with the Engineering teamsDeep customer empathy and understanding the user scenarios and mapping of the same with product abilitiesSuperior communication skills that will channel product thinking and pass over executional progress to internal and external stakeholdersQuick starterStrong debugging skills that would require deep investigations into service and app level checksVery strong prioritization skills. Be able to evaluate and drive cost-benefit analysis while balancing delivery timelinesStrong UI / UX thinking around features.
