Lube Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire services, while ensuring high-quality customer service. This role is essential in maintaining vehicle performance and safety, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles.
• Conduct tire services, including rotations and pressure checks.
• Assist with basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle maintenance needs.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stay updated on automotive service techniques and dealership standards.

Skills

• Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Experience with oil change procedures and tire services.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance best practices.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively in an automotive setting.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and sales opportunities.
• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
