You will be working with our team to engage and convert prospects, realizing closing opportunities and capitalizing on them. You will be on the phone, building relationships, understanding our customer’s needs and providing options to solve their problems. Daily tasks include handling inbound leads from prospective customers; making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities; managing a variety of sales tools to keep leads and opportunities organized and interaction logged; negotiating and closing sales; and assisting the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals. This is not a remote position.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- An excellent communicator on the phone
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection
- Strong listing and sales skills
- Ability to learn fast and follow our program
- Highly motivated
- Great work ethic
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position is preferred
- HVAC Knowledge is a plus but not required
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, assessment, and drug screen screening
