Key Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on job. Personally serve as the trial subscription owner for the majority of trial subscriptions initially. As you build out your team, and as trial volume increases, you’ll step away from some - but not all - of the day to day trial management responsibilities.
- Internal collaboration is paramount. You will work closely and intensely with Sales leadership and sellers to design and deliver effective trials. You’ll be in constant communication regarding prospect feedback, key milestones and concerns. You’ll also partner with the Operations team to deliver the highest quality work to trials customers. Other key partners include Executive Leadership, Marketing and Product. You’ll adopt and embody a “we win together” mindset.
- You are the architect of our trials strategy. We are in learning mode. You’ll devise hypotheses around what trials approach works for which kinds of customer, and deliver the experience to the highest possible standard. You’ll conduct fearless and rigorous post mortems to understand what worked and what didn’t, and rapidly deploy new learning.
- You immerse yourself in customer challenges and opportunity. You build very strong relationships at trial customer organizations, up and down the organizational structure. You find and cultivate Supio champions You go the extra mile to embed Supio in customer organizations, seeking new use cases, and doing whatever is necessary to convert open minded, curious prospects into deliriously satisfied Supio customers.
- You are a talent magnet. You are great at hiring, training, developing and, and retaining top talent to build a high-performing team. You establish a productive, supportive and fun team culture.
- You are a Supio product expert. You dive into the more technical elements with fearlessness and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- 3 years of people management experience.
- 5 years of experience in customer facing roles, ideally in B2B software.
- Sales engineering experiences preferred but not required.
- World-class customer communication and relationship building skills.
- Track record of comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving GTM strategy.
- Operational powerhouse. Ability to create new-to-world strategies and supporting operational processes.
- Proven ability to build strong internal relationships across functional boundaries.
- Proven ability to build and manage high performing teams.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $135,000-208,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
