As a
Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Creator , you will be responsible for designing
engaging visual assets , developing
web content , producing
video content , and assisting in
podcast creation . The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong
design aesthetic , technical skills across multiple
digital media formats , and the ability to translate concepts into compelling content.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic & Web Design : Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and branding materials for digital and print use.Create visually appealing and user-friendly web assets (landing pages, social media banners, UI / UX elements).Collaborate with web developers to maintain and enhance the company's website.Video Production & Editing : Produce and edit marketing videos, testimonials, explainer animations, and social media reels.Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production.Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Podcast Production : Assist in recording, editing, and publishing podcast episodes.Design podcast cover art, promotional graphics, and video clips for distribution.Content & Brand Consistency : Develop creative assets that align with the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging.Collaborate with marketing, product and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across all assets.QualificationsGraphic Design & Branding : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.Web Design & UI / UX : Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Figma, or similar platforms (HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus).Familiarity with the latest AI video and podcast production and editing toolsStrong Creativity & Storytelling : Ability to turn complex ideas into engaging visuals and multimedia content.Attention to Detail & Organization : Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.Collaborative & Adaptable : Works well in a team environment and can take feedback constructively.Nice to Haves
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, web design, video editing, and content creation.Experience in a startup environment is a plusExperience in social media content production and understanding of digital marketing trends.Why Supio?

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$148,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.E-Verify Participation Notice
