Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
Supio is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and manage our content marketing strategy. In this role, you will create and promote content that attracts, engages, and converts customers to Supio. The ideal person for this role is highly collaborative, thoughtful with detail, and excels in working across channels and teams in an ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis :
Conduct in-depth market and customer research to develop an ICP portrait, identify ICP needs, define competitive landscape, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging foundations that resonate with ICPs
Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy and content calendar for 2025
Equip the sales team with the necessary collateral to effectively sell Supio products
Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, sales and customer success teams to ensure that content aligns with business objectives, customer needs and product roadmap.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position SF Bay Area salary range of $135,000 - $189,000 and Seattle range of $133,000 - $183,000 range. This role is also eligible for stock options. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
