2nd Shift Operator

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 12:20m-9pm

Qualifications:

• Physical stamina and ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior forklift experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• No allergies to straw, dust, coconut, or wood chips
• Steel-toed boots (STB) or Composite Toe footwear is required
• Must adhere to dress code: no baggy clothing, shorts, or jeans are acceptable

Duties:

• Load hay onto nets and ensure proper positioning for machine operation
• Package finished products onto pallets, including shrink-wrapping large rolls and securing them with bands
• Organize pallets onto skids for shipping
• Operate a forklift to transport skids to designated areas
• Participate in pre-inspections to ensure quality control before machine operation
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including replacing machine threads
• Assist in packaging and labeling products
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment
