We provide award winning quality and resource support while creating highly efficient methods for labor intensive processes within General Motors. We are currently looking for a driven and ambitious candidate for the role of Production Control and Logistics Billing/Analyst.
Departmental Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle all customer inquiries, problems, or complaints. Follow up with any problems related to production with customer releases or orders.
· Create shipments and returns to customers and suppliers.
· Process shipments when drivers make pickups and provide correct paperwork according to pickup numbers.
· Determine method of shipment for all outbound material and communicate with carriers to ensure pickups are made.
· Maintain log for all shipments and any cancellations.
· Book shipments online in GM system.
· Check scheduling agreements in SAP for problems and shipments.
· Process EDI when through J-Com if systems go down.
· Utilize Snap-out forms if billing cannot be completed through SAP.
· Weekly download of forecast orders for production to manage daily builds through input of data into Wabash.
· Input supplier requirements in SAP on a weekly basis.
· Manage proper cycle counting and physical inventory.
· Communicate with the dock truck schedules and pickups.
· Schedule recycling, trash, and cardboard pickups.
· Fill in for dock supervisor as needed.

· Proficient in using logistics software and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
· Effective communication with all levels within the organization and with external contacts.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
· Experience in supply chain preferred.
· SAP experience preferred.
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 software.
· Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
