Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is a key position in the onsite management of an assigned location. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution and inventory management. They are responsible for ensuring compliance and administration of policies, procedures, and practices. The Assistant Warehouse Manager position works with the onsite management team to ensure the highest level of standards and services are achieved and meet the Company's core value commitment to service, sustainability, safety, and solutions through proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Manage warehouse budget and control costs.
- Implement and oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate degree (2-year college or technical school): Preferred High School Diploma: Required
Experience: 1 plus years of experience in Operations Management

Certifications & Licenses: Valid Driver's License - Forklift Driver Certification

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or logistics preferred
- 5 years of operations supervision experience within a warehouse or distribution setting required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $51,920.00 - $55,413.00 per year
