What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualiity Inspector position at Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC?
Summary: Inspect various electronic assemblies and components per customer documentation and industry standards. A Level II Inspector should operate with minimal or no supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect IPC-A-610 Class 1 and 2 assemblies, ensuring quality workmanship adherence.
- Conduct Line Audits and First Article Inspections for IPC-A-610 Class 1 and 2 boards across all departments.
- Perform Final Inspections on IPC-A-610 Class 3 boards as directed.
- Inspect conformal coatings as assigned.
- Handle nonconforming materials according to established procedures.
- Comply with Microboard, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.
- Utilize Microboard Shop Floor Tracking System and Aegis proficiently.
- Achieve J-STD-001 certification within 6 months of becoming a Level II Inspector.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) stipulations.
OSHA regulations generally.
