We are seeking to fill a full-time Logistics Coordinator role on our operations team. Position requires a minimum of one year of freight brokerage experience. Compensation consists of base salary plus monthly incentive pay.

- Sets up day-to-day shipments for house account customers
- Builds customer loads and assigns carriers to the loads by finding the most optimal carrier and cost.
- Dispatches shipments.
- Responsible for tracking and tracing shipments.
- Monitors and answers daily emails and phone calls.
- Ensures on-time deliveries.
- Communicates all delays and issues with carriers, customers, and internal staff, as necessary.
- Schedules all pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers.
- Prepares customer reports as required.
- Handles variances and claims.

- Minimum of one year experience in logistics, supply chain, freight and/or transportation industry or combination of experience and relevant education.
