Supply Chain Solutions LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project manager to oversee our Solar Inverter project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills and receptive to the understanding of the solar inverter processes. This role requires effective coordination with other participants, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and in compliance with all obligations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of project planning and executions, including resource allocation and timeline management
- Utilize software to tract project progress and facilitate communication among team members.
- Oversee the site, ensuring safety protocols are floowed and quality standares are met.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across all project phases
- Collaborate with all participants to build cohesive project plans that align with the customer's expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination is essential, 2-5 years
- Strong skills in project scheduling and time management are critical for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members, contractors, and customer.
Skills
- Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving and Planning andOrganization, and Software Proficiency (can be trained if necessary)
Education
A bachelor's degree in business, management or related fields. Project Management Professional certification would be a valuable credential but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
