The Role : Jr. Consultant / Business Analyst

As a Jr. Consultant / Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting digital transformation initiatives for clients across Digital Supply Chain, Track & Trace, and related consulting projects. Working closely with project managers and client services teams, you will contribute to strategy development, execution, and analysis, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple engagements.

This role offers a dynamic, cross-functional experience, with exposure to supply chain operations, data analytics, and process improvement projects-primarily within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. You will also collaborate with SCW's product management team to support the development and enhancement of innovative supply chain solutions and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in client project execution, including data analysis, process mapping, and reporting.
• Support Track & Trace strategy and implementation across multiple clients.
• Conduct business process analysis and develop recommendations for supply chain optimization.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance SCW's digital supply chain solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights through visualization tools such as Tableau, MySQL, and R (preferred but not required).
• Develop presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for client leadership.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Act as Project Coordinator, book meetings, take notes and other responsibilities enabling you to learn Project Management skills.
