Job Description
The Director Certified Learning and Development position aims to enhance the performance of Certified Learning and Development facilitators by aligning with customer requirements to deliver leadership training. It serves as an internal consultant to address business needs and ensure that the team meets global metrics and regional demands.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Certified leadership training effectively achieving module objectives and strictly adhering to Certified policies and procedures
- Work closely with Certified Learning & Development Program Manager to prepare the annual training schedule
- Provide leadership and coaching to Learning & Development and business facilitators to ensure effectiveness of the training program
- Seek feedback on relevancy of material delivered to continuously improve content and delivery
- Partner with the Global Certified team for updates and changes to effectively upskill and roll out in region
- Analyze the quantity and quality of business facilitators and make the necessary adjustments through Train the Facilitators to meet organizational needs
- Meet budget requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree OR 7 years equivalent, required
- 7 years of HR or Operations experience, required
- 5 years in a role requiring regular presentations to an audience, required
