-Position: 1st shift Group Coordinator Lead
-Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
-Pay: $21.75 per hour.

Group Coord Lead - Rough Terrain FLO
Role Purpose:
Responsible for operating the rough terrain fork lifts (RTFLs) in outdoor yard setting for the purpose of loading, unloading, moving, stocking, picking and counting merchandise in accordance with production standards. Responsible for checking all inbound and outbound products. Ensures products are free of damage and infestation, product code dates are properly recorded and products match customer requirements. RFTL’s are all terrain forklifts with higher operating weights and lift capacities than standard forklifts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using rough terrain fork lifts (RTFLs) in an outdoor environment that is exposed to the elements
- Utilize the telescoping boom with attachments for specific products as required
- Provide physical labor to move product to storage areas with proper material handling equipment
- Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas
- Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct
- Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy
- Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
- Report quality variances
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion
- Assist in physical inventories
- Ensure proper stock rotation
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
- 6 months forklift operation experience
