-Position: Second (2nd) Shift Group Coordinator Lead - Trainer
-Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm – 12:00am, Monday-Friday
-Pay: $22.95 $2 Shift Differential

-Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.
-This is a working-lead role.? You will work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates. Main responsibilities of the role will include giving out work to the production team, assigning work to reach truck drivers, monitoring labor management system, tasking the work coming over from the customer, walking the floor to ensure associates are working and being there to help out when needed. Will be times you may be asked to train an associate but will be minimal. Will also be times you are asked to go and pick or drive equipment based on operational needs.
-A minimum of 3 years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
-A?minimum of 6 month’s experience operating?stand-up material handling equipment is required. This position requires safe and efficient operation of a stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck and first preference will be given to applicants with this experience. Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus.

Role Purpose:
Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support and lead the trainers at the site.
- Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
- Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
- Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
- Support operations as needed by leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1 year training experience in warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
