-Position: Implant Specialist - Loaners
-Shift: 2st Shift = Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm
-Pay: $23.00
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate needs the following skills: Supply Chain, Problem solving, Attention to detail, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Product Compliance, Material or Product Inspection, Ability to work in faced paced environment, Computer literacy and familiarity with data entry.
A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in the following:
-Ensure accurate checking, inspecting and/or counting of all products for both inbound and outbound departments and ensuring all product is free of damage or defect.
-Auditing product and packaging/labeling to maintain highest level of product compliance and accuracy
-Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping address of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements.
-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
-Microsoft Office software, including Excel.

Role Purpose:
This role serves to receive returned surgical kits, dekit, put away implants, cycle count implants, pick orders, build surgical implant kits and ship.
Key Accountabilities:
- Receives customer returned surgical implant kits by unit
- De-kits and separates units for quality inspection and reconciliation of units used
- Utilizes RF units for directed work to travel to location for restock
- Stocks/restocks units in the inventory bins.
- Scans orders into RF units to determine travel sequence for picking
- Picks units for kit assembly by scanning to outbound container
- Utilizes RF units and computer equipment to navigate through the picking and kitting process.
- Inspects product for quality of packaging/product that meets quality standards of the FDA and customer
- Reconciles quality issues concerning packaging or damage to product
- Assembles pieces at workstation to complete surgical implant kits.
- Meets daily build deadlines and productivity measures.
- Performs inventory cycle counts.
- Ships assembled kits utilizing designated systems.
- Completes documentation accurately and legibly per customer requirements to place in containers for return shipments.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
