What are the responsibilities and job description for the SCHEDULING SPECIALIST position at Supply Link Inc?
SupplyLink is a business-to-business inventory management company.
Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, on-site Scheduling Specialist.
You will efficiently schedule shipments that arrive on time, at the correct location, and are seamlessly coordinated with all relevant departments.
What you will do :
- Ensure the proper paperwork is collected to be able to receive trucks and shipments
- Communicate with the quality unit to ensure products are approved for receiving
- Have all trucks scheduled within warehouse capacity
- Effectively communicate the schedule and purchase order needs with the warehouse, logistics companies, and co-manufacturers
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner to avoid detention fees
- Keep managers updated with so they can plan accordingly
- Analyze all tools and trackers and update them weekly
What you must bring :
Pay : $18.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
