JOB TITLE: Site Manager/Stock Clerk
DIVISION: Hospital Operations – Ambulatory Clinic
JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform inventory stock clerk ordering, unbox, delivery and inventory level management in clean supply rooms.
SHIFT: First shift

LOCATION: Hinsdale, IL
JOB DESCRIPTION: Work with Supply Logistics & Procurement Services at various client medical supply facilities. This position performs following tasks:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform inventory audit for supply rooms
- Unbox, stage and deliver items to multiple (9) supply rooms daily
- Manage the inventory levels in each supply room
- Monitor key items within each of the specialties to ensure no stock outs
- Manage key reports to track unfulfilled orders across the unique delivery schedule to reduce overstock, yet ensure stock availability
- Deliver key end user deliveries, timely to the designated departments
- Manage high volume item movement
- Manage products with unpredictable usage patterns, balance product availability and minimize overstock
- Keep key focus on incoming orders as communicated by the UCH staff
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships in a high stress environment
- Perform scanning completely on a daily basis
- Manage expiration dates on all items
Note: This is non-supervisory of employee role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of inventory stocking experience (required)
- At least 2 years of order management experience (i.e., regularly placing stock orders and some experience placing special orders)
- At least 2 years of supervisor experience (preferred)
- Able to communicate effectively with first responder end users (practice mgrs., doctors, nurses and techs)
- Experience with managing multiple product categories preferably hospital/surgical supplies
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lifting 20pound objects constantly; 50pound objects frequently; and 100pound objects occasionally is required
- Climbing ladders, stairs, ramps, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching and grasping objects
- Able to work on your feet the majority of your shift, performing 20,000 steps daily
