Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented Account Administrator to join our team. The Account Administrator is responsible for the following :
Responsibilities :
- Answer Sales calls.
- Handle customer quotations and / or inquiries.
- Process customer orders.
- Process customer credit memos.
- Expedite customer order.
- Maintain customer delivery schedule.
- Assist Purchasing, coordinate vendor deliveries.
- Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments.
- Provide technical information to customers.
- Originate customer complaint form.
- Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
- Monitor major customer on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office.
